Pick Up & Drop Off

Planning to meet and greet your friends, family or colleagues?

We recommend using our Short Stay Car Park, where you can enjoy 30 minutes of free parking—a great option if you’d like to walk in and welcome someone personally.

If your passenger hasn’t arrived yet, please avoid waiting in the pick-up/drop-off lanes, as this can hold up other drivers who are ready to collect their passengers.

For everyone's safety and security, vehicles stopping at the front of the terminal must be attended at all times. Please note that this area is for quick pick-ups and drop-offs only—vehicles can remain for a maximum of 1 minute, and unattended vehicles may be towed and receive an infringement notice.

Here are a few tips to make your pick-up/drop-off even easier!

Pick-up

The pick-up and drop-off zone is right next to the Short Stay Car Park. Please note: the lane closest to the terminal is reserved for commercial vehicles only.

Find out if your passenger’s flight is arriving on time by, visiting the Flights section or check with their airline.

If possible, let them know where in the pick-up zone you are waiting. Or park in the Short Stay car park for 30-minutes for free and meet the passenger as they arrive.

When picking up passengers, remember to take into account the time they’ll need to disembark their flight and collect their luggage (15-30 minutes).

Drop-off

If you’re dropping someone off for check-in, the best spot is right at the start of the drop-off lane—closest to the Departures entrance.

Sharp Airlines Pick Up & Drop Off

Sharp Airlines passengers can drop-off and pick-up in the five (5) designated spaces in the Long-Term carpark and enjoy a 20-minute free parking period.
