We know losing something while travelling can be stressful, and we’re here to help you find it.

To make things easier, all lost property enquiries must be submitted online using the form below.

Please include a local contact number and email address so we can get in touch. (And don’t forget to check your junk or spam folder for updates from us!)

A quick note on what we can and can't keep

For health and safety reasons, we’re unable to log or store certain items, including:

• Rubbish or food items
• Open or unsealed drinks (including alcohol)
• Food or drink containers
• Medication
• Personal hygiene products
• False teeth
• Disposable pens or stationery
• Baby items like dummies or bottles
• Anything with a strong odour or potential contamination
• Credit cards not inside a wallet, purse, or bag

Lost something on the plane or left luggage behind?

If you believe your item was lost on the aircraft or left at the baggage carousel, it’s best to contact your airline directly. You can find airline contact details here.
